Dedicated Account Supervisor

About the role

Ecolab is looking for a Dedicated Account Supervisor to join its Food & Beverage and Industrial Solutions team. In this developmental role you will blend technical service, customer support, and account management duties while working alongside seasoned Account Managers and Technical Specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer operations by delivering technical service, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment support on‑site.
• Conduct system inspections, process evaluations, and service audits to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with chemical application programs, sanitation, hygiene, water‑treatment, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular site visits and consultative support.
• Participate in field trials, product validations, and new‑technology implementations.
• Analyze operational data, prepare service reports, and present business reviews.
• Help manage customer accounts, contract renewals, and value‑delivery discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Industrial Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical service, maintenance, manufacturing operations, engineering support, or technical sales.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules based on customer operational needs.
