Executive Driver

About the role

Iberostar Group is seeking an Executive Driver to support its senior management team in Jamaica. The role involves providing safe, professional transportation for executives, guests, and authorized personnel while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive executives and authorized personnel to meetings, airports, events, and other destinations safely and punctually.
• Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and strict confidentiality in all interactions.
• Provide real‑time updates on travel status, delays, or changes.
• Coordinate with external partners (e.g., MLSS, PICA, MFA, MNS) for document distribution and business requirements.
• Assist resort executive office, accounting, and HR with banking and administrative tasks such as delivering cheques and documents.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and in excellent operating condition; arrange servicing and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, maintenance, and trips.
• Synchronise schedules with the Resort Executive Assistant and adhere to local traffic laws.
• Be available for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as business demands.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle class.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with local driving laws and safe driving practices.
