Overnight Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Adlinc Business Services Limited is looking for an enthusiastic Overnight Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator to join its 24/7/365 dispatch team serving North America. You will act as the real‑time link between customers and contract drivers, ensuring deliveries are executed smoothly and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Receive customer orders and assign them to available contract drivers in relevant North American cities.
• Use mapping and dispatch software to plan optimal routes and monitor delivery progress.
• Handle inbound calls, emails and chat inquiries from clients promptly and professionally.
• Resolve client queries, issues and concerns related to dispatch, delivery and other service offerings.
• Track dispatched orders continuously, addressing delays or complications swiftly.
• Manage post‑delivery inquiries, providing timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions and feedback.

Required profile

• High school diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in dispatch or customer service, preferably in logistics, courier or BPO sectors.
• Familiarity with North American business etiquette and cultural nuances.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overnights, weekends and public holidays.
