Airport Manager for Flight Operations

About the role

Aeromexico is seeking an Airport Manager to lead flight‑operations at its Montego Bay station. The role combines oversight of both above‑wing and below‑wing teams to ensure safety, quality and an exceptional passenger experience.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily airport operations, coordinating ground handling, ramp, and customer service activities.
• Ensure compliance with Aeromexico’s safety and quality standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach and develop both operational and support teams to meet performance targets.
• Monitor operational metrics and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in airline ground operations or a similar aviation environment.
• Proven team‑leadership and prioritisation abilities.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
