About the role

ProTeam Up, a division of Proforma, is looking for an Account Services Associate to support franchise partners in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This early‑career position offers structured training and the chance to develop skills in process management, operations, client services, logistics, and procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotes and client presentations.
• Enter and manage sales and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers to resolve order‑related issues.
• Manage the proofing process and ensure quality standards.
• Track orders through production and delivery timelines.
• Process returns, invoicing, and billing.
• Maintain accurate customer and supplier records.
• Support updates to e‑commerce storefronts.
• Handle incoming calls and emails professionally.
• Provide administrative and operational support as required.

Required profile

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
