Store Delivery Driver II

About the role

The Store Delivery Driver II works closely with wholesale and retail customers, delivering Sherwin‑Williams products safely and on time from store locations. The role combines customer service, sales support, and vehicle operation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers using company vans or pickup trucks, adhering to assigned routes and schedules.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone, determine their needs, and present appropriate paint and coating solutions.
• Process sales transactions accurately, maintain work order files, and achieve monthly sales goals.
• Load, transport, and unload items safely; operate equipment such as forklifts and manual‑transmission trucks.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old, legally authorized to work in Jamaica, and possess a valid Class C/Open‑General driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb frequently and up to 100 lb occasionally.
• High school diploma or GED; prior experience in delivery, retail, or customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Required skills

• Manual transmission truck operation (5,000 kg–8,000 kg weight class).
• Forklift operation and basic equipment handling.
