Operations & Logistics Assistant (Remote)

About the role

The Operations & Logistics Assistant supports Reddie’s daily operations by coordinating technician schedules, tracking shipments, maintaining inventory records, and handling operational administration. This remote position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate work orders and schedules for field technicians and third‑party service providers, ensuring site readiness and documentation.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, prepare shipping labels and packing lists, and provide tracking updates to internal teams and customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in systems such as inFlow, record shipments, returns, and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage operational inboxes, support tickets, and pending requests, preparing status updates and reports for weekly meetings.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in administration, operations, logistics, order coordination, or field service dispatch.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive approach to identifying and communicating issues.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data entry, filtering, and basic formulas.
• Experience using inventory management systems such as inFlow.
