Integrated Pest Control Representative – Jamaica

About the role

Join Ecolab’s Pest Elimination team as an Integrated Pest Control Representative, delivering timely, cost‑effective pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to commercial customers across Jamaica. You will provide 24/7 brand protection for venues such as restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools and food‑processing plants.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 100% field‑based Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services to assigned customers.
• Perform pest control visits, ensuring quality, punctuality and compliance with Ecolab protocols.
• Diagnose infestations, apply appropriate treatments and offer preventive recommendations.
• Prepare electronic service reports, maintain updated logs and site diagrams.

Required profile

• Residency in Jamaica.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous customer‑service or field‑service experience; pest elimination experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with at least three years of driving experience (applies to some positions).
