Junior Relationship Manager

About the role

BCMG Insurance Brokers Limited is looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Relationship Manager to join its Montego Bay office. In this supporting role you will assist the Commercial Lines Team by handling administrative and technical tasks that ensure high‑quality customer service and smooth policy administration.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch invoices to insurers and clients.
• Receive endorsements from insurers and forward them to clients.
• Prepare and send motor cover notes and insurance certificates to clients.
• Request claims experience from insurance companies for policies due for renewal.
• Obtain motor renewal notices from insurers.
• Generate receipts for transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Qualification covering all classes of insurance business.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar insurance support role.
• Sound knowledge of insurance regulations (advantageous).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
