Junior Relationship Manager

About the role

The Junior Relationship Manager will support the Commercial Lines Team by handling administrative and technical tasks that ensure smooth customer service delivery. This onsite role in Montego Bay focuses on processing insurance documents, coordinating with insurers and clients, and assisting with policy renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch invoices to insurers and clients.
• Receive endorsements from insurers and forward them to clients.
• Prepare and send motor cover notes and insurance certificates.
• Request claims experience information for policies due for renewal.
• Obtain motor renewal notices from insurance companies.
• Generate receipts and perform related financial documentation.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Qualification covering all classes of insurance business.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar insurance support role.
• Sound knowledge of insurance regulations (advantageous).
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
