Operations Manager – IT Staffing & Workforce Services

About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee day‑to‑day activities, ensuring efficient delivery of IT staffing, talent acquisition, and staff outsourcing services. This role acts as a central hub linking management, clients, outsourced personnel, recruitment teams, and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily company operations, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Monitor operational performance, identify efficiency gains and cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
• Serve as primary operational contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships.
• Coordinate client staffing requests, replacements, extensions, and personnel changes.
• Manage deployment of outsourced employees, monitoring attendance, performance, productivity, and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding, off‑boarding, transfers, and contract extensions for deployed staff.
• Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to fill staffing gaps and urgent vacancies.
• Ensure technical resources assigned to clients have required skills, equipment, and support; monitor IT project delivery and escalate issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management within staffing or IT services.
• Ability to coordinate employees, contractors, and multiple client accounts.
• Strong client‑relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience working closely with recruitment, HR, and technical teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to compliance and documentation.
• Capability to produce operational reports and drive process improvements.
