Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily airport transportation activities, coordinate teams and resources, and ensure a consistent, efficient service experience for passengers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day airport transportation operations.
• Coordinate operational staff, schedules, and transportation resources.
• Ensure services are delivered according to established standards.
• Monitor operational performance and follow up on key performance indicators.
• Handle operational incidents and coordinate timely solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams, drivers, and external partners.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvement actions.
• Support team performance, communication, and development.

Required profile

• Previous experience in transportation, airport operations, tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
• Prior supervisory or team‑leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work according to airport operational requirements.
