President – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven President to lead the overall business performance, strategic growth, and operational execution of a diversified construction and real estate organization. The President will translate the Board’s vision into measurable results, drive revenue and profitability, and ensure operational excellence across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and develop clear annual and long‑term business plans aligned with the Board’s strategic objectives.
• Assume full P&L responsibility, overseeing revenue, profitability, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and capital allocation.
• Oversee construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
• Lead real‑estate development strategy, managing land acquisition, feasibility, financing, planning, construction, sales, leasing and asset disposition.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for expansion, diversification, acquisitions, partnerships and new markets.
• Establish organizational KPIs, monitor performance of senior leadership and provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to the Board.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, developers, financial institutions, brokers and strategic partners.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive with extensive experience in construction, real‑estate development, property investment, infrastructure or engineering sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of managing large‑scale operations and full P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sustainable growth while maintaining financial discipline.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
