President – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished President to drive the overall performance, strategic growth and operational execution of a diversified construction and real‑estate group. Reporting to the Board, the President will translate strategic vision into measurable results across construction, development, investment and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the company’s business operations and execute strategic objectives, turning the Board’s vision into clear annual and long‑term plans.
• Assume full responsibility for revenue, profitability, cash flow and P&L performance, overseeing budgets, forecasts and capital allocation.
• Provide executive oversight of the construction portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in compliance with all regulations.
• Direct the real‑estate development strategy, managing land acquisition, feasibility, financing, planning, construction, sales, leasing and asset disposition.
• Drive new business generation, expand market presence and cultivate relationships with investors, developers, financial institutions and strategic partners.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive with extensive experience in construction, real‑estate development, property investment, infrastructure or engineering.
• Demonstrated track record of managing large‑scale operations and full P&L responsibility.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial discipline and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
