Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the opening team of UNICO Montego Bay, a new luxury all‑inclusive resort. You will shape the recruitment strategy from day one, ensuring the resort is staffed with the right talent to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the talent acquisition and selection strategy for the resort.
• Ensure timely staffing of all positions required for operation.
• Design and implement efficient recruitment processes aligned with the brand’s culture, values, and standards.
• Manage high‑volume recruitment and oversee the hotel opening hiring phases.
• Lead and develop the recruitment team.
• Utilise recruitment tools, competency‑based interviewing, and candidate assessment methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Proven experience in hotel opening recruitment processes.
• Experience leading teams and handling high‑volume hiring.
• Advanced English; Spanish is desirable.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical and service‑oriented skills.
