Technical Sales Executive – Microsoft Solutions

About the role

In this position, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of Modern Work and AI‑powered solutions by collaborating with indirect reseller partners across the region. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting business growth initiatives, customer acquisition, and solution development within your assigned market.

Key responsibilities

• Execute product and marketing strategies to position, promote, and support technology solutions based on customer needs and business opportunities.
• Develop and manage partner growth plans to meet monthly customer acquisition targets and increase adoption of Microsoft programs and solutions.
• Monitor partner performance, provide coaching, and implement corrective actions to drive successful outcomes.
• Support partners in creating compelling value propositions that address customer challenges and business requirements.
• Encourage partner engagement with resources, incentives, and Microsoft‑led initiatives.
• Identify new sales opportunities and lead customer conversations around cloud adoption and digital transformation.
• Maintain strong communication with partners via email, Teams, social media, and phone.
• Execute solution‑specific initiatives aligned with product and digital marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or final‑year student in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Commercial Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in administrative, commercial, business development, sales support or customer‑facing roles.
• Experience with technology products, cloud solutions, software or IT services is highly desirable.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) for regional and international communication.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS‑900) certification (preferred).
• Intermediate Excel skills.
