Analyst, Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management

About the role

The Analyst, Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management supports monitoring and reporting of revenue, cost risk, compliance and fraud controls across all Liberty Caribbean operating entities and product lines. The role is responsible for identifying revenue leakage, quantifying risk exposure, and designing systematic controls to protect and recover revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Support platform and reporting initiatives that drive Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management execution across Commercial, Finance, Legal, IT and Network functions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand needs.
• Analyze product definitions and revenue‑related transactions across the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash process, including ERP, BSS, OSS, BI, service enablement and network elements.
• Identify, quantify and mitigate revenue and cost risks, and design controls to prevent leakage.
• Maintain KPIs, measure performance, and quantify revenue loss, loss avoidance, cost avoidance and recovery potential.
• Investigate data inconsistencies across CRM, billing, network and other systems, raise issues to owners, and document root causes.
• Prepare and track action plans to resolve revenue leakage and support recovery efforts.
• Hand over control designs to the RAFM Development function for implementation.

Required profile

• Junior‑level analyst with strong analytical and methodical approach.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with commercial, finance, legal, IT and network teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication to raise issues and follow up on resolutions.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of BSS and OSS platforms.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Understanding of CRM and billing systems.
• Ability to work with network element data.
