Project Manager, B2B

About the role

Initiate, plan, coordinate, and execute projects that deliver seamless B2B services, leading operations, technical, and multifunctional local and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create project charters, stakeholder reports, and comprehensive plans that align customer requirements with company goals.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, including customers, third‑party system integrators, and internal stakeholders, to ensure clear roles and on‑time delivery.
• Maintain the Project Management Knowledge and Tool Centre, updating templates, databases, and best‑practice libraries.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and expenditure, ensuring billing and contract compliance.
• Ensure all project milestones, especially “Ready for Service” dates, are met and communicate progress to leadership.
• Coordinate testing, acceptance procedures, and obtain sign‑off from customers before project hand‑over.

Required profile

• First degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Formal Project Management certification or equivalent experience.
