Architecture Design Director

About the role

We are looking for a creative and collaborative Architecture Design Director to lead our design team in delivering exceptional architectural solutions that align with client objectives. The role emphasizes mentorship, diverse design styles, and seamless integration of interior and architectural concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and develop designers through individualized professional growth plans.
• Collaborate with principals, project managers, architects, interior designers, and consultants to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Partner with the Interior Design Director to create holistic exterior‑to‑interior design solutions.
• Lead client presentations, providing clear direction and design rationale.
• Conduct quality‑control checks throughout projects to ensure design intent is realized.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant architecture experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Collaborative, positive, and fun team player with strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standard construction methods.
• Architecture license preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with 3D rendering (hand and computer).
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
