Assurance & Service Project Manager

About the role

The Assurance & Service Project Manager will lead maintenance and service projects, ensuring delivery of maintenance plans and high customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and telecom operators to meet operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance teams to execute scheduled maintenance plans.
• Develop and track maintenance schedules using project management software.
• Monitor project profitability and control budgets using project management tools.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate profitability reports.
• Maintain vendor and supplier relationships for service delivery.
• Communicate with customers, negotiate solutions, and resolve conflicts to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Maintenance Management preferred.
• 5‑7 years of experience in project management, maintenance operations, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage teams, meet operational targets, and handle senior‑level stakeholder relationships, especially with telecom operators.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and control project profitability.
• Experience interfacing directly with senior management.
