B2B Sales Representative (Jamaica)

About the role

ALLNETWORKS is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to join its team in Jamaica. You will promote Odoo ERP solutions to businesses across the Caribbean, helping them modernise their operations and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Jamaican market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Present Odoo ERP solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Conduct product presentations and coordinate live demonstrations.
• Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
• Understand client challenges and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.
• Collaborate closely with ERP consultants and the implementation team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organised and results‑oriented.
• Ability to understand business needs and identify opportunities.
• Experience selling technology, software, ERP or B2B solutions is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Jamaican business environment is a plus.
