Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to manage contractor and vendor compliance across multiple regions. The role ensures independent contractors, vendors and partners meet regulatory, contractual and company requirements throughout onboarding and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting and onboarding of independent contractors following established procedures.
• Review and validate contractor and vendor documentation for compliance with company, customer and regulatory standards.
• Prepare, process and maintain service agreements, amendments and related onboarding records.
• Update compliance records in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Support payment and documentation workflows by coordinating updates to contractor and vendor records.
• Monitor compliance status across assigned regions and address outstanding requirements.
• Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance.
• Track compliance metrics and contribute to reporting that supports operational performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in compliance, onboarding, contractor or vendor management.
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in Spanish, with strong written and verbal English skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using web‑based business systems and compliance management tools.
