Branch Manager – Senators

About the role

Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Senators branch in Kingston. The role focuses on driving profitability, ensuring high‑quality client service, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the branch to meet revenue targets while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Lead the sales team, set targets, and ensure understanding of products, services, and customer‑service standards.
• Coach Agency and Unit managers, oversee recruitment, and develop talent through mentoring.
• Design and implement action plans for administrative and sales productivity.
• Manage incentive programs, market research, and contribute to marketing strategy.
• Coordinate administrative functions to exceed client expectations and improve operational efficiency.
• Represent the company at events and liaise with government or regulatory bodies as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong management, coaching, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Professional certifications such as FSCP, CLU, Ch.FC, FLMI are an asset.
