Brand and Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Brand and Graphic Designer to join a leading Caribbean apparel and accessories manufacturer. The role blends strong visual design expertise with a modern, AI‑enabled workflow to produce high‑volume marketing and sales materials for print and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging brochures, flyers, customer handouts, sales presentations, promotional materials, digital assets, and large‑format retail signage.
• Use generative AI throughout the creative process to rapidly develop concepts, imagery, compositions, and design variations.
• Translate briefs and business objectives into clear visual concepts that support marketing, sales, and retail initiatives.
• Develop effective AI prompts and workflows that generate consistent, brand‑appropriate outputs.
• Refine AI‑generated material into polished final designs through retouching, compositing, typography, layout, and image manipulation.
• Produce multiple creative directions quickly and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
• Adapt designs across different formats, dimensions, markets, products, and channels while maintaining a consistent visual identity.
• Create professional presentation decks for internal, sales, marketing, and customer‑facing use.
• Prepare artwork for professional printing, ensuring correct sizing, resolution, color settings, bleeds, and margins.

Required profile

• Bilingual with C1/C2 English proficiency.
• Strong eye for typography, layout, composition, branding, and production quality.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into a professional creative workflow.
• Experience creating marketing and sales collateral for print and digital media.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
