Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth of SNIBE products within an assigned regional market. The role focuses on building relationships with key opinion leaders, distributors and customers to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Expand the regional market for SNIBE products by targeting new customer groups and meeting defined sales targets.
• Conduct product training sessions and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Manage key accounts and maintain relationships with KOLs to strengthen academic influence.
• Support and align distributors with company strategy and sales objectives.
• Accurately forecast sales and identify growth opportunities using sales tools and applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in medical, biomedical, human science or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the IVD sector.
• Proven ability to access both public and private markets.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
