Business Development Representative – Life Sciences & Pharma

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to connect biotech and pharmaceutical companies with service providers that support drug and device development. This remote position focuses on generating qualified meetings for senior business development leaders across the life‑sciences ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Research biotech and pharmaceutical companies based on clinical trial activity, funding stage and therapeutic focus.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers in Clinical Operations, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing and Regulatory functions.
• Conduct personalized outreach via email, phone, video, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Execute structured outbound prospecting campaigns and qualify inbound leads.
• Schedule meetings for senior business development leaders and maintain accurate activity data in the CRM.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with cold outreach and prospecting.
• Interest in biotechnology, drug development, healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Ability to research companies and tailor outreach messaging.
• Confidence engaging senior professionals and navigating longer sales cycles.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for tracking prospects.
