Channel Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to join Huawei’s team in Kingston, Jamaica. You will help drive strategic growth by collaborating with partners and leveraging Huawei’s technology portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Mentor direct sales representatives on the benefits of partner collaboration.
• Manage complex sales cycles, build consensus, and secure sponsorship across multiple levels.
• Drive technical certification and sales results for channel partners.
• Prioritize activities, focus on details, and motivate internal and external teams to meet agreed goals.
• Lead projects and teams through influence rather than direct authority.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in direct and channel sales.
• BA/BS degree required; technical competence strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and high energy.
• Proven ability to set priorities, focus on details, and inspire teams.
• Strong leadership through influence and collaborative approach.
