Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to steer a diversified construction and real‑estate group. The CEO will own the overall strategy, financial performance and growth of the business, reporting directly to the Board.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute short‑, medium‑ and long‑term corporate strategy, driving expansion across construction, property development and real‑estate investment.
• Take full responsibility for P&L, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and capital allocation, while improving margins and return on invested capital.
• Oversee the delivery of construction projects, ensuring they meet time, cost, quality and safety standards through strong governance and risk‑management frameworks.
• Lead real‑estate acquisition, feasibility, development, sales/leasing and asset disposition to maximise portfolio value.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, partners, government authorities and other key stakeholders.
• Provide people leadership, setting organisational objectives, KPIs and performance targets for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive experience in construction, property development, infrastructure or related sectors.
• Track record of scaling businesses, managing large project portfolios and delivering sustainable profitability.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and capital‑raising.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and engage with boards and external stakeholders.
