Cloud Account Manager

About the role

Intcomex is seeking a Cloud Account Manager to lead commercial actions and manage direct relationships with the main clients of its Cloud Business Unit. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, advising clients on cloud solutions, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients about product launches, events, and commercial activities.
• Drive sales to achieve established commercial targets and forecasted goals.
• Provide timely guidance, advisory, and solutions to clients based on product guidelines.
• Identify new business opportunities and foster product line growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor, control, and analyze management reports and KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial management and technology product sales, preferably in networking, cloud, or software.
• Proven experience selling projects to B2B and corporate clients.
• Experience managing client portfolios, customer retention, and new account development.
• Strong commercial mindset, results orientation, effective communication, organization, and proactivity.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
