Commercial Team Lead

About the role

Celebration Brands Limited, a leading sales and distribution company for beverages in Jamaica, is seeking a Commercial Team Lead to drive performance of its portfolio through effective management of Pre‑Sales Executives and Demand Specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales team competencies through training, coaching and mentorship.
• Support and manage escalations for Pre‑Sales Executives and Demand Specialists.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, channel managers and distribution centres to foster growth.
• Coordinate team efforts to achieve sales, volume, distribution and execution targets.
• Create market sales strategies and territory action plans for Pepsi, Red Stripe and CBL brands.
• Ensure timely collections and manage aged debt targets.
• Oversee quality, visibility, pricing, execution and refrigeration standards in trade.
• Conduct trade visits to increase brand visibility and settle routes within prescribed timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or commercial experience, including 2 years in a senior sales role.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Own or have reliable access to a motor vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
