Contract Analysis Officer

About the role
The Contract Analysis Officer will support KPMG US’s KET process area by analyzing client contracts, cataloguing metadata, and ensuring accurate categorisation within the firm’s contract lifecycle management system.
Key responsibilities
- Perform contract language analysis and capture metadata in the Icertis CLMS platform (KCA).
- Evaluate contract terms for impact on firm obligations, including third‑party restrictions.
- Maintain quality control processes, update SOPs, and provide QC feedback on AI data extraction.
- Support contract hierarchy management and participate in user acceptance testing of platform enhancements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; law degree not required.
- Minimum two years experience in paralegal, QA, compliance or similar roles.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using SharePoint Online for document management.
- Familiarity with Icertis contract management platform and AI‑enabled tools.
