Contract Governance & Documentation Intelligence Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Governance & Documentation Intelligence Specialist to act as the execution engine for our contract governance and insurance documentation. Reporting to the Senior Contract Manager, you will draft, structure, systematize, and escalate complex documentation that directly impacts revenue speed and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and manage high‑velocity contracts such as MSAs, Insertion Orders, Vendor/Trade Agreements, SLAs, and amendments while maintaining consistent daily output.
• Refine templates and pre‑emptively handle redlines to reduce friction in contract negotiations.
• Build chronological event narratives and map cause‑and‑effect for insurance claim documentation, ensuring faster approvals.
• Leverage GPT/LLM tools to accelerate drafting cycles, review redlines, identify risks, and improve clause logic.
• Design smart templates, modular clause libraries, and structured workflows (e.g., Airtable) to automate repetitive tasks.
• Maintain impeccable version control, naming conventions, and audit‑ready repositories.

Required profile

• LLB or JD degree.
• Proven experience in high‑volume contract drafting, RFx environments, and SLA structuring.
• Experience with insurance‑adjacent documentation is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with GPT/LLM tools, digital contract workflow software, and structured data systems such as Airtable.
• Fast, responsive, ownership‑driven mindset with a systems‑oriented approach.
