PTS Marketing is seeking a versatile Creative Expert who can deliver bold, effective designs and content that drive engagement. Whether it’s designing a scroll‑stopping ad or drafting ad copy, your role is to make ideas unforgettable. Compensation is based on scope and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on ad creatives (graphics & short videos)
• Work alongside the paid ads team on campaign visuals
• Brainstorm content hooks, angles, and messaging
• Keep content on‑brand and high‑converting
• Optimize creative assets based on performance feedback

Required profile

• Portfolio of previous ad/design work
• Graphic design or content creation experience
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Knowledge of social trends and marketing tone
