Director of Global Partnerships & OPM Operations

About the role

The University of the Commonwealth Caribbean is expanding its asynchronous online degree programmes worldwide and needs a senior executive to lead its global partnership strategy with Online Program Managers (OPMs). The Director will serve as the internal leader and primary liaison, ensuring seamless coordination across academic, technical, and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the day‑to‑day liaison between university leadership and a portfolio of OPM partners.
• Monitor OPM performance against Service Level Agreements and enrolment targets.
• Facilitate operational alignment meetings, status reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Coordinate with the President, academic deans, and faculty to prepare curriculum, convert courses to asynchronous format, and onboard international cohorts.
• Partner with IT and Admissions to ensure robust CRM, SIS, and LMS integrations and secure data sharing.
• Streamline cross‑functional workflows across Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Student Services.
• Report recruitment pipelines, conversion metrics, financial performance, and regional market results to senior executives.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks between the university and OPM partners.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, or a related field (doctorate preferred).
• 8–10 years of senior‑level experience in higher‑education administration, global partnerships, or online‑education operations.
• Proven track record managing multi‑partner relationships and delivering enrollment growth.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM integration.
• Experience with Student Information System (SIS) integration.
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) integration.
