Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

Digicel is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive sales of its Mobile and ICT solutions to named enterprise and government customers. You will act as the primary liaison between Digicel and clients, ensuring requirements are met and relationships are built on trust and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business while expanding revenue within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management in Salesforce.
• Strengthen customer loyalty through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
• Support contract renewals, retention initiatives, and long‑term account growth.
• Collaborate with Service Management, Product, Presales, and Delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and meet monthly sales quotas.
• Coordinate internal resources to secure new revenue and deliver solutions that meet customer objectives.
