Executive Assistant

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner for its leadership team. In a fully remote, fast‑paced environment, you will provide high‑level administrative and operational support, allowing leaders to focus on innovation and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and inboxes with strategic foresight.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, and special projects from start to finish.
• Act as a confidential liaison between leaders and internal/external stakeholders.
• Implement systems and processes that streamline operations and boost productivity.
• Conduct research and prepare materials to support high‑impact decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as an administrative or executive assistant, preferably supporting C‑suite executives.
• Clear, confident, and highly discreet communicator, both written and verbal.
• Resourceful, proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient with productivity software and quick to learn new technologies.
• Available full‑time (40 hours/week) during U.S. business hours.
• Stable internet (≥25 Mbps) and a personal PC/laptop with an i5 processor or higher.
