About the role

We are a performance‑driven digital growth agency seeking a Field Sales Specialist to expand our enterprise client portfolio across Jamaica. The role focuses on face‑to‑face engagement with business owners and senior decision‑makers, presenting tailored digital marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person meetings with executives to understand business objectives and propose customized digital growth solutions.
• Generate and nurture a pipeline of qualified prospects through cold outreach, networking, referrals and on‑site prospecting.
• Present clear ROI, outcomes and value propositions, and support final‑stage negotiations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, update forecasts and report on territory activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven track record selling high‑value solutions in enterprise or corporate B2B environments.
• Experience in sectors such as insurance, automotive, real estate, technology or consulting.
• Comfortable engaging business owners and senior executives.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Deep understanding of consultative and solution‑based selling approaches.

Required skills
