Field Service Engineer – Graduate in Training (Jamaica)

About the role

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer – Graduate in Training to join our Jamaica Operations team and provide field service support to customers in Jamaica.

Key responsibilities

• Provide field service support to customers across Jamaica, including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of instrumentation.
• Travel to Trinidad for approximately two months of training.

Required profile

• BSc or BEng in Electronics Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• 1‑2 years experience with a service or manufacturing company in Jamaica.
• Jamaican citizen or resident with a valid driver’s permit and a reliable vehicle.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of instrumentation and calibration techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
• Excellent multitasking, verbal and written communication skills.
