Car Care Specialist

About the role

The Car Care Specialist ensures that every vehicle leaving the facility is clean, well‑maintained, and equipped with all promotional and functional accessories. This role supports maximum customer satisfaction by applying hygienic and practical processes in a fast‑paced automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Wash and vacuum vehicles to a high standard.
• Pick up and return parts from store locations as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitising work areas.
• Provide mechanical support to mechanics when required.
• Install promotional items such as license‑plate holders, service stickers, air fresheners, and disposable floor mats.
• Install accessories including bulbs, batteries, hub caps, and floor mats.
• Perform any other duties that ensure smooth operational flow.

Required profile

• Commitment to a "customer is king and queen" service mindset.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and respond to short‑notice extended hours.
• Ability to work in hot, dusty, and greasy conditions.

Required skills

• Vehicle cleaning and detailing.
• Accessory installation (bulbs, batteries, hub caps, floor mats).
• Basic mechanical support for automotive technicians.
