French Speaking Hotel Representative

About the role

The French Speaking Hotel Representative is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Negril. You will welcome French‑speaking guests at partner hotels, provide information about transportation services, excursions and local attractions, and act as the primary point of contact for all transportation‑related requests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries in French and English, providing clear information about services and local attractions.
• Coordinate bookings, pick‑up times and transportation schedules with the operations and dispatch teams.
• Resolve service issues promptly and maintain accurate communication with hotel front desks.
• Prepare activity and service reports and ensure promotional materials are stocked and up‑to‑date.
• Support hotel front‑desk staff with transportation‑related requests and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English.
• Customer‑service mindset with active listening, problem‑solving and a professional demeanor.
• Organizational abilities to manage bookings, schedules and guest follow‑ups accurately.
• Basic computer proficiency, comfortable using email, office applications and reservation systems.
• Prior experience in tourism, hotels or guest services is an advantage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
