About the role

Marathon Insurance Brokers is looking for motivated, ambitious, and coachable individuals to join the team as Insurance Agents. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates new to the insurance industry who want to build a professional career in financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships
• Identify clients’ insurance and financial protection needs
• Recommend appropriate life, health, and related insurance solutions
• Conduct client presentations and follow‑up activities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development
• Maintain accurate client and prospect records
• Meet established activity and performance targets

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 CXC subjects or equivalent, including Mathematics and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and results‑oriented
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Professional and client‑focused
• Comfortable meeting new people and developing relationships
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
