IT Field Technician – Montego Bay

About the role

As our Montego Bay‑based Technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients’ IT systems. You will troubleshoot, provide on‑site and remote technical support, and install and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote and on‑site technical support for clients.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and networks.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Assist with deployment of Managed Services tools and solutions.
• Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades for client systems.
• Ensure work complies with industry standards and best practices.
• Manage emergency support requests and on‑call services as needed.
• Collaborate with the Kingston team to ensure consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting networks, servers, and cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with RMM and PSA platforms (a plus).
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for on‑site support.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong client‑focused approach.
• Residence in Montego Bay.
