IT Operations Coordinator

About the role

This fully remote position supports a fast‑growing private aviation company that serves U.S.‑based clients. The IT Operations Coordinator acts as a trusted partner to leadership, handling employee technology support, executive administration, and cross‑functional project coordination while working across LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for employee technology requests and coordinate with the outsourced IT provider to resolve hardware, software, and access issues.
• Provide executive administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting follow‑up.
• Coordinate onboarding/off‑boarding processes, manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, and maintain IT documentation and asset inventories.
• Lead cross‑functional projects using Asana, monitor timelines, and document workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships, track contracts, renewals, and subscriptions, and support general HR administration.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Executive Support, IT Administration, or Office Management.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate with third‑party vendors or outsourced IT providers.
