Junior Sales Associate

About the role

AppFinity Technologies Limited is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Associate to promote Iteneri, our event‑management platform. You will introduce businesses and organisations to a solution that streamlines registration, check‑in, exhibitor management, livestreaming and more.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers such as event organisers, associations and businesses.
• Contact prospects via phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn to start conversations.
• Explain the benefits of Iteneri and arrange product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and follow‑up communications.
• Track interactions and maintain a pipeline of leads.
• Attend networking events when required and collaborate with the internal team to convert leads into customers.

Required profile

• Friendly, confident and comfortable initiating conversations.
• Good listening skills and curiosity to learn about customers’ needs.
• Organised, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated by achieving targets and taking initiative.
• Experience in customer‑facing roles (retail, hospitality, marketing, etc.) is a plus, but not mandatory.
