Junior Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Associate to join our team in Jamaica. This entry‑level, on‑the‑road position involves meeting potential clients, presenting our services and generating new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Visit prospects door‑to‑door and conduct field sales activities.
• Introduce company services and schedule client meetings.
• Follow up leads, nurture relationships and support promotional events.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and reporting activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma (associate or bachelor degree in business, marketing or related field is a plus).
• At least 1 year of sales, retail or customer‑service experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and work outside regular hours when needed.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Confidence in making calls and speaking with customers.
• Basic sales, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Organisational, follow‑up and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools and social media platforms.
