Management & Sales Training Program – Entry Level

About the role

The Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry‑level opportunity that prepares you for a Store Management role within 18‑24 months. You will spend an initial 8‑week intensive training period, followed by on‑the‑job experience managing a million‑dollar retail operation. The role is full‑time (≈40 hours/week) and may include evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Support store management in driving sales and profitability.
• Deliver excellent customer service to wholesale and retail clients, including large commercial users.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to provide effective recommendations.
• Execute store administration tasks and ensure compliance with safety, loss‑prevention and security policies.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and promotional displays.
• Participate in community networking to grow market share.

Required profile

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to handle cash, electronic payments and confidential customer information.
• Successful completion of a criminal‑history background check.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
