Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the business.
• Drive commercial performance, profitability and sustainable growth.
• Lead business improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate and optimise business operations and organisational effectiveness.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across multiple revenue streams.
• Build, mentor and motivate high‑performing teams.
• Strengthen customer experience, market positioning and commercial capability.
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify new opportunities and deliver business objectives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, CEO or Business Unit Leader.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
• A track record of improving business performance and delivering growth.
• Experience leading organisational change, transformation or turnaround initiatives.
• Strong operational leadership capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to inspire teams and drive results in a changing environment.
• Experience within retail, consumer goods, distribution, wholesale, FMCG or similarly customer‑focused sectors (advantageous).
