Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator at Mystique will plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing initiatives across a diverse client portfolio. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure campaigns are strategically developed and delivered seamlessly from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, experiential, and below‑the‑line channels.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover audience insights and emerging trends.
• Provide strategic recommendations that support client objectives and improve campaign performance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Creative, Design, Digital, PR, and Media teams to develop, review, and deliver campaign assets.
• Manage trafficking and distribution of creative content to internal teams and external partners.
• Establish tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress and measure performance.
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and clients throughout each project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or account/project coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Working knowledge of major social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
