Digital Multimedia Officer

About the role

The Digital Multimedia Officer is responsible for creating and producing high‑quality digital and multimedia content that strengthens Sagicor’s brand, increases audience engagement and supports the strategic objectives of the Sagicor Caribbean Group. The role requires a dynamic, highly creative and digitally savvy professional with strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to bring concepts to life across multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, develop and produce original digital and multimedia content aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Execute video projects from pre‑production through post‑production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing and final delivery.
• Produce photography for campaigns, events and other digital initiatives.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animation, audio, voice‑overs and other creative elements to enhance storytelling.
• Maintain and organise multimedia files, raw footage, audio and final assets.
• Support the development and optimisation of content for social media platforms and manage YouTube/Vimeo channels.
• Provide audio‑visual support for live and virtual events, webinars, podcasts and livestreams.

Required profile

• Advanced multimedia recording, editing and production expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour composition and brand application.
• Commercial awareness of how creative assets contribute to brand awareness, engagement and revenue objectives.
• Demonstrable integrity, high accountability, adaptability and resilience across projects and geographies.
