Marketing Growth Associate – Jamaica

About the role

You're the engine that drives demand to our merchants. When a new vendor joins the platform, you ensure senders know about it, receivers sign up, and transactions happen.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales to onboarded stores by creating and executing weekly promotions and WhatsApp broadcasts.
• Sign up new receivers in public places such as markets and community hubs, completing registrations on the spot.
• Present to local organizations (churches, alumni associations, charities) and identify overseas chapters for diaspora senders.
• Support merchants by answering questions, collecting feedback, and flagging issues.

Required profile

• Experience in community outreach, sales, or marketing.
• Comfortable approaching strangers, starting conversations, and presenting to groups.
• Familiarity with Jamaican communities and membership organizations.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone with a data plan.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

What we offer

• Base pay of $150,000 per month.
• Performance bonuses for receiver sign‑ups, local organization presentations and driving sales.
